Public lecture of Prof. Konstantin Korkelia

On 17 December, a public lecture entitled “Protection of the Right to Life: European Human Rights Standards and Georgia” was held in the 2nd building of Tbilisi State University. The lecture was delivered by Professor Konstantin Korkelia of the International Law Institute, Faculty of Law, Tbilisi State University.

The lecture was organized under the auspices of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence of the International Law Institute and the Human Rights Centre.

The audience was welcomed by Professor Irine Kurdadze, Director of the International Law Institute.

Following the public lecture, a discussion was held.

Public lecture was held as part of human rights protection week.
